May I recount you today experience, I went to visit my friends, live in Shwegonetine. They informed me there 's a Dhamma Festival sponsered by Shwe U Gold Shop. It 's located University of Parli, Nyaungtone Monastery, Kominkochin st, Bahan township, Yangon. Dhamma speaker is Ashin Thuzarta, Sarsanadaza, Dhammasariya. He shared the Four Nobel Truths, taught by Buddha.
The four Nobel Truths are
(1) Dukkha, suffering
(2)Samudaya, a cause of suffering, the origin of Dukkha,
(3)Nirodba, an end to suffering, which is peace, the cessation of Dukkha and
(4)Magga, the way leading to the cessation of Dukkha.
Learn more about the four noble truths taught by our Buddha.
For Magga, it 's dividend into eightfold paths. There 're (1) Right View (samma ditthi), (2)Right Intention (samma sankappa),(3) Right Speech (samma vaca), (4)Right Action (samma kammanta), (5)Right Livelihood(samma ajiva), (6)Right Effort (samma vayama), (7)Right Mindfulness (samma sati) and (8)Right Concentration (samma samadhi).

(4)သမ္မာကမ္မန္ေတာ-ေကာင္းစြာျပဳျခင္း
(5)သမ္မာအာဇီေ၀ါ-ေကာင္းစြာအသက္ေမြးျခင္း
(6)သမ္မာ၀ါယာေမာ-ေကာင္းမြန္စြာအားထုတ္ျခင္း
(7)သ္မာသတိ-မွန္စြာအမွတ္ရျခင္း
(8)သမ္မာသမာဓိ-မွန္စြာစူးစုိက္တည္ၾကည္ျခင္း တို႕႔ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
